Sweet Retreat  has everything you need to create great family memories in Port Aransas. This spacious 4 BR/3 BA townhome is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, dining, and shopping, has a heated community pool (in the winter months) and a block off the beach 

The adorably decorated home sleeps 10 guests, has a full kitchen, and features two living areas--one downstairs and an upstairs loft style living room for extra room for games, or relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun! There is a covered patio for your BBQing needs, and a 2nd-floor balcony to enjoy our sunsets or sunrises 

Sweet Retreat is located in the Gulfside Townhome Complex which is just a block from the beach and has a heated community pool ( in the winter). When you enter the home, you're greeted by a large living/dining area with flat screen television and wireless internet. Beyond the dining area that seats six, is the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of storage. The downstairs also includes a spacious bedroom with its own television and a full bath with tub/shower combination and sitting area 

When you make your way upstairs, you'll find a second living area with flat screen TV and futon style couch to relax on.  It's the perfect spot for the kids to play or for adults to relax in a private setting. Upstairs you will also find three bedrooms, each with their own television. Two have queen beds, another has full bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony. The upstairs also has two full bathrooms- both with walk in showers. There is even a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property is in Port A's "golf cart zone"  so its perfect with this unit coming with a free golf cart for short term rentals!

There is reserved parking for two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park in the guest parking area, but be aware that parking can be limited especially during summer and holidays.

Sweet Retreat is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the buildings.

We had such an amazing Spring Break! The condo was stunning and very clean with plenty of room to host my large family. The beach was within walking distance and the included Golf Cart made all the difference! We will be excited to book in the summer for a fun Port A getaway!!!
