Brand-new to the rental pool in 2021 "Coastal Vibes" is located in the prestigious Sunflower Beach Resort Community.
It's your chance to enjoy this corner lot home with fast access to the beach walkover and steps from the Sunflower Beach Community Pool, adult only pool and Cafe this home is situated perfectly.

This beautifully appointed, designer home offers 4 guest rooms all with large smart TV's and 4.5 bathrooms. With Sonos throughout, two industrial ice machines and no detail missed, this is a one of a kind home.

As you enter on the first floor, you are greeted by the first King Guest suite. Fine linens, beautiful wallpaper, 65" Smart TV. The private ensuite bath finishes off this space perfectly.

Located just down the hall is the well appointed bunk room for the smallest of travelers.They can unwind with their favorite shows on the 43" TV. The en suite offers a bathtub to soak in after a long day of playing hard at the beach.

The third guest room offers as a combination space. Relax in this room and play the X-BOX on the 65" Smart TV and other games provided. When you're ready to catch a good nights sleep, the King size Murphy style bed will offer a plush retreat for a restful night.

Double stacking washer and dryer sets in the laundry room and plenty of space to organize is a nice touch for families and groups.

Making your way up to the main floor of this home you will be welcomed by the open-concept living space under soaring ceilings and windows galore. Custom cabinets and top of the line appliances are a perfect pairing for this chef style kitchen. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar, or gather around the large dining table that seats eight.

The living roam offers a 85" Smart Samsung TV with Sonos Arc Sound Bar and Sub for the ultimate entertainment.

Thru the french style doors off the living area is the private deck with gulf views and ocean breezes. Relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail while you enjoy a coastal sunset. The built in bar area makes it quick access for a refill.

The spacious master bedroom on the second floor features white and gold bedding on the King-size bed and windows clad with stunning fabric curtains. The navy accent wall acts as a perfect backdrop to this master suite and pairs beautifully with the gold accents.

We came down to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with all my siblings and their families. It was a great trip and Sunflower Beach Resort and Silver Sands made it so easy and convenient! All the staff was on point and there to make it perfect in every way! We LOVED the home - it was so beautiful and seriously well appointed. We didn't lack for anything! We will be back! Thank y'all for everything!

First time at a Texas beach and it was fabulous. The house was amazing and the location was tops. Right around the corner from the pool and poolside grill. Golf cart was a must to the beach! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon. Atlanta, GA friends.

Beautifully decorated! This new, well-stocked home was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. There’s lots of construction going on at this resort, but that didn’t bother us. We’d definitely stay here again.

The home and location were perfect. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, perfect layout for large family or a couple families. We had a group of 11 ranging in age from 5 to 45 and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was amazing for cooking a large thanksgiving meal and all of the utensils and amenities were right at your finger tips! Beds were comfortable, tankless hot water meant hot showers for all. Ice machine downstairs and upstairs. Stones throw from the pool and 1 min golf cart ride to beach. We loved it!!!

We cant wait to come back! when we were looking to book a home we called the management company silver sands and they were so excited to tell us about this new home. I was a bit nervous as it was a brand new home with no reviews. Let me tell ya, i am SO glad i listened to the manager Kestly. I had very high expectations on a home. I travel all over the world and wanted the resort feeling. She recommended this home for our trip. She even set us up with charter and chef recommendations. Check in was a breeze with Kylie and the golf cart was awesome. I cant thank them all enough. We had a very stress free vacation!10 stars

House is over the top! Highly recommend! We always stay with Silver Sands and when we booked this years get away they offered this home as a rental. So glad we chose it. Owners thought of everything and the kitchen was a dream! HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Make sure you find Kylie or Kestley when you go

This house is stunning. It's as good as the photos. Sunflower Beach is a perfect spot if your looking for a quiet place to unwind. The 2 pools are amazing, this house is close to both of them. Fast trip to the beach made it easy for the kids. The home was super clean and the check in process was very easy. We met a few folks that work at sunflower and silver sands and they were all very helpful and professional. We highly recommend
