"Awave From it All" has a fully stocked kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry and beautiful granite counter tops. It opens onto charmingly decorated dining room that seats twelve with an additional four seats at the kitchen bar. The living room features a custom grey leather sofa and an entertainment center that features a 60" Smart HDTV with DVD player. The master suite has a king bed with its own bath that comes with a vanity and walk-in shower. An entertainment center features a 40" Smart HDTV.

The additional three bedrooms located on the second floor are beautifully designed and decorated. The second and third bedroom offer a plush king bed with an attached bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The fourth bedroom offers a twin over twin and full over full bunk bed with an attached bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The game room, a pull out sleeper couch that sleeps one more. All bedrooms offer entertainment with a 40" Smart HDTV. Amazon Echo Dot (Alexa) is located throughout the Beach House and in each bedroom.

Nice location close to the beach. Liked that each room had it's own bathroom, liked the big dining table and kitchen adequately stocked but if you plan to cook you need to bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher soap. The house appeared clean but we killed two cockroaches in the kitchen. Yard fully fenced for the dog, but couldn't enjoy the patio in the evening as the mosquitos were thick. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the big tv in the living room. Biggest irritation was that maintenance came by the house twice without advanced noticed and entered the house without face covering. Virtual check-in was easy as we opted not to use the golf cart and were able to go directly to the house.

Carol, Please accept my sincerest apology regarding our maintenance department entering the home without advanced notice. That is not normal procedure. If maintenance is necessary in the home during a guest stay, we do our best to contact the number available to inform you of their arrival. I apologize that was not done during your stay. In regards to the two bugs, palmetto bugs are native to the island. They live in the palm trees. I can assure you this home is serviced monthly by a pest control specialist. I am thrilled that other than the small inconveniences, you had an overall enjoyable experience at Awave From it All. It is a great home! We hope to have you back soon! Love this place! This was our 2nd year stay at Awave From it All for thanksgiving. We have 3 couples and 4 kids, plenty of room! The kids game room is a bonus...they love it. The whole house is super clean and stocked with all you need to put together a large Thanksgiving dinner. The golf cart is also a added bonus, 2 minute drive to the beach. We usually stay right on the beach, this house is located a few blocks off the beach but actually is so much easier than treking all your stuff over board walks. Always a breeze at check in and out with Silver Sands Property Management. We will definitely be back next year!

The Silver Sands website was very easy to navigate through and found the perfect house for my family. Making reservations again was very easy and the staff was able to answer all my questions very efficiently. Upon arrival the house was everything it was made out to be. The House was close to the beach and having the golf cart was awesome. I will definitely do it again and would recommend Silver Sands.

it was a great experience once we got into the home we had the wrong code at first to get in but I called the front office and they helped rite away, the office was also very understanding with me I was cutting it short on my arrival time. the rooms were great lots of space in the home the kids loved the game area just the steep stairs suck when you have a baby and elderly couple but they got to stay in downstairs room that was a plus. the cart was quick to get but we had problem with the seatbelts called the cart office but never answered me left a message but never got a reply back to switch the carts out.

This was a great facility. We used it for family reunion. Everything was clean and had all the cooking things we needed. The 4 bedrooms and baths worked out fine. Only thing missing was a dust pan! Golf cart with rental was a plus. It was close to beach access and outside areas were good for additional visiting. Pool was a plus to get away from crowed beach too.

The house was perfect for our family. It is nice and roomy so we never felt crowded. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is really convenient.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire house was spotlessly clean.
The pool was just a short walk, and is nice. Of course, having a golf cart just adds to the fun - a necessity in Port Aransas. We loved our stay!

Our family really enjoyed our time at Awave from It All. The location is perfection and the house had everything we needed - was really spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I would change is the toilet paper (ha!) - it was super thin and of course we used more than if it wasn't thin, so we had to make a TP run. Also, the grill on the patio outside is very small - like a grill you would find in a roadside park, so we ended up not using it because it would have taken too long to cook for 12 people. Lastly, the water pressure was an issue, but I do think the whole area was having a problem while we were there. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect for groups. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped enough. We cooked most our meals there and was sufficient. The golf cart was rough but fun addition for the kids. Loved the outdoor gazebo area. It was a fairly quiet weekend so we had the pool to ourselves at times.

This was our first time staying at a place like this. We usually do a bunch of hotel rooms and just hangout in each other’s rooms. However, we needed a better option. I found this site online and was EXTREMLY pleased you can do everything online. I loved that you can see when each place is available and the pictures for each house. We had 10 people staying. The ages ranged from 13-70. Each person enjoyed themselves tremendously. The beach is less than a mile from the house, within walking distance. We had a golf cart and actually rented one more so we could cart everyone around. The pool was perfect for us. I believe they are still building so didn’t have any furniture at the pool area, would be my only con.
We did not arrive until about 6:30 and the ones who checked us in were perfect. They I am sure had been there all day and were still nice and polite to us even after hours. The house was spotless in every way. All the rooms were exactly as the pictures showed and it was great to have a bathroom in each one. The game area upstairs was great for all the teenagers in the house.
The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, we brought paper goods so didn’t use to much of the kitchen stuff, however was a great relief when we needed something and they had it. The BBQ grill was big and the picnic table was just right.
I cannot say enough about this house and they company that rents it out. Everything was smooth and perfect. We are already planning our trip back! Thank you for such a perfect vacation!!!

We had such a good time on our recent stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and especially the game room. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children and we had more than enough room. The kids are already asking if we can rent this house next year.

Good Times and Tan Lines was a fantastic house! The open layout, king rooms with bathrooms, outdoor area and great location really made the trip. Our group only left the house to go to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed from knives to pots and coffee maker to blender. The pool had some issues the few days we were there, but I'd guess that's from the 30 adults hanging out in the pool partying. It didn't put a damper on our weekend. Highly recommend this house for friends looking for a quiet getaway and families with kids looking for a relaxing trip.

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Port Aransas. The Good Times and Tan Lines rental was perfect for the 12 family members. The rental was clean and new. We had plenty of space to house all 12 members comfortable. The kids loved the bedroom with the twin and full bunk beds. It was also in a perfect location - near beach access 1A. The 6 seater golf cart was perfect in getting to and from the beach and town. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

This rental is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location to the beach. The golf cart is a must for transporting items back & forth from the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!

This was a great place to getaway. The house is awesome with all the great touches and setup. The 4 bedrooms worked beautifully for the whole family, especially since they each had their own private bathroom. The house is a super short golf cart ride from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. When we weren't at the beach or out and about, there were TVs through out the house to let all 8 guests pick what they wanted to watch.

The game room was awesome, allowing some play time for the kids and the adults. This is definitely a place to relax and getaway. I'd recommend it to everyone!

My family enjoyed this rental. From the pretty ladies at the office who were courteous and respectful to the great times we had in our rental unit. Very clean rental everything worked. Kids and oldsters enjoyed the play room and the golf cart. We used the cart extensively to get around Port A.
Kitchen had all the equipment that was needed. TVs
and bathrooms were very clean and large sofa in living room was a definite plus. Will definitely stay here again. Will recommend to my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The condition of the home and furniture was much better than our previous rental with Silver Sands. Also, the check-out process has significantly improved (empty trash, run the dishwasher). Any complaints of construction imperfections are very, very minor in reality.

Family vacay sponsored by proud Poppa in PA at this new house just off the main drag with restaurants and a block off the beach, too. Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Cold AC. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with a fine playroom with air hockey, BB, and the like. Grandkids (and oldsters) had a ball with that! The golf cart was a kick. We used the grill and pergola. It was a fine long weekend at GT & TL!

We had 9 people in the house described as one for 12. We all fit, but there were only 6 wash rags and 7 towels. No problem ...a nice lady that lives on the island brought us more. The kitchen was meagerly stocked, but worked. None of the dishes were microwaveable, so that was impractical. The back door didn't shut, and it was obvious that this brand new house was hastily built. It served its purpose, but I felt we overpaid. The AC in the downstairs master didn't get cold, -And the thermostat was unstairs. Very inconvenient. Only one compressor for a four bedroom with a large open living is not sufficient. The laundry room was not planned well, as the washer and dryer open opposite each other and the room is so small, it's difficult to move over and around the open doors. The dishwasher felt like it was going to pull out of its space. Paying Over 4K for 6 nights, we would have expected no problems at all. It was a fun house, and the kids loved the game room. It was comfortable enough and very clean. We had a great time. I just expected more for my money. The house did seem much larger in the pictures.

This beach house had everything new, and being the clean freak that I am, I was really happy to be one of the first to stay at this home. Family drove that poor little golf cart all over, with great joy.

All in all, this is a great rental. We had 4 couples so the 4 bed, 4 bath was definitely a plus. The only negative comments I would make are that it is not very well insulated. You can hear everything from everywhere in the house. The rooms could use some hooks on doors. Our room only had half a role of toilet paper so luckily, as they suggest, we brought some extra. There was confusion on where the unit was. Perhaps if they could supply a map with the check in procedure. There was no identifier for the group of units or the street name. It took 4 people and several phone calls trying to figure out where it was even though it was very easily accessible for the beach and the festival and even from the check in office. But all in all, we were very pleased with the location and the house in general. Would defintaly stay there again.

Good times & tan lines - seriously! We had an awesome time at this house. I don't even know what I could possibly say that it is missing. There is so much to do in this house and not to mention they thought of everything when it comes to stocking the kitchen and bedrooms. We even had a flawless check-in experience. Silver Sands made it a breeze. We want to come back sooner rather than later and we are bringing the rest of the family!

This house was perfect for our large group! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and never felt cramped. The gameroom was a nice way for the kids to stay busy while the adults made meals. The layout of the house was very conducive to entertaining. The beach was so close and the golf cart ride was less than 3 minutes. Only suggestion to management would be to improve internet and cable connectivity, neither worked the entire weekend and kiddos wanted to watch movies before going to bed but none of the TVs could get a signal.
