Your Personal Concierge plays a key role in your vacation because after all, who isn’t pressed for time with jobs and schedules? There just aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done, so we’re here to help! We offer a vast array of concierge services including (but not limited to) your grocery shopping and delivering.
Here's how it works!
Create your grocery and beverage list (or check items on our provided lists) and email to the address below at least ten (7) days in advance of your arrival. Be sure to provide a name, phone number, and email for order confirmation.
Once your order is received, we will contact you and request credit card information to get your personal shopper on the way. Once your total bill is known, we will send you an Online Invoice for payment. There is a 3.5% fee charged for all credit charge processing.
We will then coordinate your grocery delivery with your check in time and day. Provided the tenants before you depart on time, your groceries will be stocked in your pantry, cabinets, and refrigerator. If there is a conflict with prior tenant check out, your groceries will be kept safe and chilled as necessary and delivered as soon as the rental is available.
- Initial Orders- $50 plus 10% total cost of groceries and beverages
- Re-Orders during your stay- 10% total cost of groceries and beverages
Cancellation orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date; otherwise, there will be $100 cancellation fee plus the total cost of groceries already purchased on your behalf.
